The Operations Team is responsible for managing the business, organizational, and communication aspects of our robotics team. Our goal is to make sure our team has the funding, resources, organization, and teamwork necessary to succeed both on and off the competition field.
What We Do
Business & Fundraising
We handle fundraising, research and apply for corporate grants, and communicate directly with sponsors to secure the vital financial support and resources our team needs.
Web & Media
We act as the voice of Iron Claw. We maintain and update the team website to share our progress, achievements, and important information with the community and sponsors.
Shop Logistics & Safety
A clean shop is a safe shop. We help keep the workspace organized, enforce shop regulations and safety expectations, and ensure members have a secure environment to work in.
Team Culture & Spirit
Beyond business, we build team spirit. We organize team activities, design team shirts, and coordinate with different subteams to keep everyone connected, informed, and involved.
